We are a busy and growing manufacturing business, looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. A Forklift Licence is a must!
As a Forklift/Warehouse operative you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required).
- Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
- Move stock to designated storage locations.
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
- Able to work on a rotating shift pattern - earlies then lates - Monday to Friday only.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
