We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Stone, Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for powder coating metal pipes and tubular components, ensuring a high-quality finish while maintaining production targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Applying powder coatings to metal pipes and components.
- Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and inspecting materials.
- Operating powder coating equipment and spray guns.
- Ensuring an even, consistent and high-quality finish.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and quality issues.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial paint spraying is preferred.
- Experience working with metal pipes or tubular components would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Working Hours:
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Monday to Friday.
