We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operative to apply durable and consistent coatings to our sprinkler components. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, operating coating equipment, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare metal components for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality finishes on all products
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with standards
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organised manner
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as required
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures
