About Us

We are a busy and growing manufacturing business, looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. A Forklift Licence is a must!

Role Overview

As a Forklift/Warehouse operative you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required).
  • Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
  • Move stock to designated storage locations.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
  • Support other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
  • Able to work on a rotating shift pattern - earlies then lates - Monday to Friday only.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills.
