The Role
Are you passionate about photography and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a dedicated Camera Technician to join our operations team in Park Royal, London. As a Camera Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients receive top‑tier equipment and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately process, pick, and log all camera and consumables orders, maintaining meticulous paperwork flow.
- Welcome clients and efficiently manage all camera and consumable collections and returns. You’ll also handle incoming deliveries, ensuring everything gets to the right place.
- Dive deep into the world of camera equipment by actively expanding your knowledge of our cutting‑edge gear by attending training sessions and studying manuals.
- Work closely with your department colleagues to maximise efficiency and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Support the Camera Supervisor and General Manager by contributing to the smooth running of the camera department, including adhering to and implementing company Health and Safety policies.
What you’ll bring to the role:
