The Role
- Loading of mild steel components into jigs and fixtures using clamps to hold parts into place;
- Manually operate robot(s) making basic corrections;
- Visual inspection of parts;
- Ability to work to and maintain proven run times;
- General housekeeping duties as required;
- Some welding experience and knowledge of programme setting an advantage.
The role consists of a basic 38 hour working week (shift work will be required). Rates depending upon skills and experience.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings;
- Experience working within a fast paced engineering environment;
- Good communication skills at all levels;
- Works well under pressure;
- IT literate;
- Flexible in their approach and attitude.
Desirable Skills
- Welding experience;
