Description

Reliable & enthusiastic Personal Assistant required to assist a 19 year old man with accessing the community to enjoy social activities.

Applicants must be patient, helpful and caring, and be able to work in a discreet and confident manner and have a good sense of humour. Being flexible and able to work on your own initiative is also important.

About Me

I am a 19 year old man and I live at home with my parents in Westerham.

I enjoy gaming, bowling, mini golf, football, basketball, musical theatre, singing and reading scripts.

I am looking for a personal assistant to support me with getting out into the community doing the things I love while gaining confidence and independence.

The role will involve being physically active, joining me in sports, outdoor activities and social outings.

I am looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic and keen to take part in new experiences.

I will need support to travel on public transport so that I don’t miss my stop!

Days and times of support to be discussed and agreed.

Tasks

  • Support me to access the local community to take part in activities.
  • Support me to build social skills and friendships.
  • Encourage independence and self confidence.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK with no criminal background. Post subject to DBS check.
