The Individual has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and Tourette syndrome.
- P/A is required to take out the Individual out in the community in places he would like to go too . The individual has a range of interests and hobbies, including gaming, digital art, game design, clay modelling, cooking and planting, which provide him with creative outlets and opportunities for skill development.
- He has positive relationships with his family, friends at school, and online.
- The individual is articulate and has a sophisticated use of language, which he uses to express himself clearly.
