Direct Partners are hiring experienced and passionate Trainers/Assessors to deliver Management Modern Apprenticeships across SCQF Levels 7β11.
The Role
You will support individuals at various stages of their careers β from new supervisors to senior managers β by delivering tailored training that enhances leadership, planning, and strategic skills in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Modern Apprenticeships in Management, aligned to SQA standards.
- Guide learners through structured qualifications and quarterly progress reviews.
- Engage with employers to tailor learning to organisational needs.
- Support learners remotely and onsite across Scotland.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to external verification.
About You
- Experience in management or leadership roles.
- Qualified assessor for SQA L & D 9 OR EQUIVALENT.
- Understanding of Work-Based Learning and Modern Apprenticeships.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
