The Role: What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive business growth by proactively generating leads and converting them into long-term employer partnerships.
- Promote our range of Modern Apprenticeships and Pre-Employment Training programmes to employers across diverse sectors.
- Exceed performance targets — your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
- Represent Direct Partners at industry events, employer forums, and networking sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships to support talent pipelines and workforce development strategies.
- Work with internal teams to match candidates to employer needs quickly and effectively.
- Lead on outreach via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits with professionalism and enthusiasm.
About You: What We're Looking For:
- 2 years+ in B2B sales — experience in training, recruitment, or education is a plus.
