The Role: What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive business growth by proactively generating leads and converting them into long-term employer partnerships.
  • Promote our range of Modern Apprenticeships and Pre-Employment Training programmes to employers across diverse sectors.
  • Exceed performance targets — your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
  • Represent Direct Partners at industry events, employer forums, and networking sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships to support talent pipelines and workforce development strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to match candidates to employer needs quickly and effectively.
  • Lead on outreach via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits with professionalism and enthusiasm.

About You: What We're Looking For:

  • 2 years+ in B2B sales — experience in training, recruitment, or education is a plus.
  • Energetic, persuasive and comfortable owning targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator, especially over the phone — with natural rapport-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
  • Self-motivated and organised — can work independently but thrives in a team.
