We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Theatre Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
  • Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure patient well-being.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing the operating room and instruments.
  • Assisting the surgeon.
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols.

Requirements:

  • Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK.
  • 6 months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS hospital setting.
  • 6 months experience working within operating theatres.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
