Job Title: Registered Theatre Nurse
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Theatre Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments monitoring vital signs.
- Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Preparing the operating room and instruments
- Assisting the surgeon
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK.
- 6 months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS hospital setting.
- 6 months experience working within operating theatres
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
