The Role
Every great recruiter starts by learning how to find the best talent.
As a Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare professionals who are in demand across the UK and Ireland.
This is where you build the skills that make great recruiters — communication, persuasion, market awareness and relationship building.
For ambitious people with the right attitude, this role is the perfect entry point into a long-term career in recruitment.
Essential Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a recruitment or customer-facing role , demonstrating the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and develop long-term talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a strong customer experience focus and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills , with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail , ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Strong IT skills , including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using recruitment, CRM or other digital systems.
Desirable Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare recruitment
- Experience using ATS/CRM System
