Direct Medics are pleased to confirm upcoming training and registration days taking place at The Heritage Hotel, Killenard, County Laois, Ireland, R32 PW10 from the 15th – 18th June. These sessions are open to both existing registered workers and those wishing to register with Direct Medics for opportunities across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • Dates: 15th – 18th June
  • 14th June: Open Day / Registration Day 3pm - 6pm

This day is aimed at both existing workers and new candidates wishing to work with Direct Medics. Our team will be available to assist with:

  • Registration and onboarding
  • Compliance documentation
  • ID checks
  • Right to work documentation
  • Advice on current vacancies across ROI & NI

We are currently recruiting across multiple sectors including:

15th June – BLS, Manual Handling & Fire Safety: This training day is suitable for healthcare professionals working in healthcare settings and helps ensure mandatory training compliance across public and private sector settings. Courses included:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Manual Handling
  • Fire Safety

16th June – Safety Intervention Foundation (Formerly MAPA): The Safety Intervention Foundation course is ideally suited to:

  • Mental Health Nurses
  • Learning Disability Nurses
  • Healthcare Assistants
  • Support Workers
  • Social Care Workers
  • Staff working in acute mental health, community, disability or behavioural support environments
