Direct Medics is expanding our Care Home Nursing team across Antrim and Greater Antrim Area locations. We're actively hiring for experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centered nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies.
- Monitor, assess, and accurately document residents' health conditions and care plans.
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and family members.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changing clinical needs.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
Requirements
- Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
- Minimum 12 months nursing experience within the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
