Are you an experienced A&E Nurse looking for flexibility, excellent pay, and variety in your work? Join one of Northern Ireland’s leading healthcare agencies and take your emergency care skills where they’re needed most. We are currently recruiting Experienced A&E Registered Nurses (RGNs) to support NHS Trusts throughout Antrim Area Hospital and Causeway Area Hospital in the Northern Trust on an ADHOC basis.
You will have the opportunity to work across Antrim Area Hospital and Causeway Hospital in their Emergency Department, providing high quality emergency care and support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, monitoring vital signs.
- Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration (Band 5 or higher)
- 12 months+ recent A&E nursing experience
- Confident in triage, resus, and trauma care
- Up-to-date Basic/Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS) certification
- Manual Handling and Infection Control training
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Able to adapt in high-pressure environments
