Job Title: Registered Psychiatric Nurse
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users, providing support to individuals in both inpatient and community settings.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and offering therapeutic interventions. You will also engage with families and carers, providing education and support to enhance their understanding of mental health issues.
