The Role
- Post: Occupational Health Physician – Private Healthcare (Corporate Caseloads)
- Location: London and Home Counties.
- Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only.
- Role Type: Permanent
- Salary: Up to £120,000 FTE (depending on experience)

What you’ll do
- Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, integrating HCA Healthcare UK’s occupational health offering within client organisations
- Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
- Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow-ups (30 minutes)
- Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support
