Job Description:
Direct Medics is partnering with an NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated Band 6 CT Radiographer based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive specialist CT imaging services. The role involves performing CT scans for both outpatients and inpatients, operating Canon and GE CT scanners (experience with both preferred), and possessing IV cannulation competency.
Locum roles with Direct Medics are an excellent way to enhance your earning potential and work with some of the most professional Radiography teams in the country. This position is ideally shift-based (3 days per week), with working hours between Monday and Sunday, from 8:45 am to 8:00 pm. The contract is temporary until mid-November 2025.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Radiography
- HCPC Registered
- At least 18 months of experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment within the NHS, including proven experience in CT imaging
- Flexible and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driver’s License and access to a car
- Right to Work in the UK
