The Role:

  • Location: London and Home Counties.
  • Employment: Full‑Time and Part‑Time opportunities (minimum 3 days per week)

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management.
  • Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‑ups (30 minutes).
  • Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‑making.
  • Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support.

Essential Requirements:

  • Solid progressive career history in Occupational Health.
  • Qualified to Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) or Diploma in Occupational Health Practice (DipOHPrac) level.
  • Currently practicing as an Occupational Health Physician within a corporate setting is essential.
  • Common presentations will include high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, neuro‑divergent or mental health related conditions and office‑based work‑related illnesses and injuries. Experience managing these conditions and working in close partnership with corporate HR teams is critical.
