ST3 required for Acute Care at Home based in Southern Trust, Northern Ireland. Primarily working from Lurgan Hospital but will be required to travel throughout Trust area. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Essential Requirements
- Valid GMC Registration with full Licence to Practice
- Right to Work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months of medical experience in this role or a similar role within the UK
