Blackwell & Co are looking for a reliable and professional Van Driver to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, in excellent condition, and with outstanding service. As a Van Driver, you will represent Blackwell & Co on the road and at customer sites, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times. You will be expected to drive safely and fuel-efficiently, uphold our company standards, and communicate effectively with the Transport and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily vehicle walk-round checks and promptly report any defects
- Drive safely, responsibly, and in a fuel-efficient manner at all times
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Complete delivery paperwork and company documentation correctly
- Adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Park vehicles safely, securely, and with consideration for others
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out
- Refuel & clean vehicles upon return
- Accurately record expenses and submit receipts as required
- Report any interactions with VOSA or the Police immediately
- Maintain clear communication with the Transport and Sales office
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management

- Full UK driving licence (clean or with minimal points)
- Previous delivery or van driving experience (preferred but not essential)
