Job description / Responsibilities:
Operating in a manner to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations. Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pack products using assigned bags/trays as per product specifications
- Store finished products in relevant holding chillers observing date rotation
- Replenish stocks of packaging sundries from the main sundries store as required
- Clean down any relevant equipment at the end of shift
- Assist if required in cleaning in the main factories
- Check condition of equipment and report any faults
Full training will be provided.
