Come and be part of our Home Risk Modelling Team as a Senior Pricing Analyst, helping shape great outcomes for our Home insurance customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting into the Home Risk Modelling Lead you will make Statistical Models to predict what claims to expect in the future.
  • Use Data Science Techniques to extract the most possible value from our extensive data.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, upholding governance standards and ensuring all activity meets FCA requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams, sharing insights and supporting initiatives that drive pricing excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, using data-driven analysis to influence pricing strategies and customer outcomes.

What you'll need:

We are keen to meet enthusiastic, passionate, and curious individuals who can collaborate effectively with the team and across teams. You will be expected to take ownership and deliver on your commitments. You should also have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a general insurance analytical role or equivalent experience in another industry.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to consider multiple scenarios and anticipate outcomes for our customers.
  • Experience of using SQL, Python, RADAR & EMBLEM ideal but not essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain findings to both a technical and non-technical audience.
