We have an exciting opportunity to join our PCW Home Team. As a valued member of the Team, you will be responsible for helping our Strengthen Value Stream to deliver business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, change management, product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Home PCW. You’ll be responsible for driving and shaping the trading landscape for our PCW Home brands to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes and management of business opportunities that helps us achieve the Home PCW Product Roadmap.

  • Playing a leading role in the PCW Home team to drive delivery of our PCW Home Trading and product roadmap to drive profitable growth.
  • Identifies and drives through to deployment new product development opportunities in line with customer demand, market changes and the overall Home strategy to enable our brands to win in the PCW market.
  • Responsible for creating, shaping and delivering the product development roadmap, gaining sign off through the product governance framework.
  • Working effectively to manage stakeholder deliverables in line with the project plan and effectively communicating and finding solutions to overcome barriers to delivery.
  • Deep understanding and monitoring of trading MI to initiate, develop and evaluate test & learn trading and product development initiatives to drive improvements in our commercial performance for our Home PCW brands.
  • Contribute to trading meetings with matrix managed stakeholders to understand and challenge current performance trends and identify potential risks and suggest appropriate trading responses.
  • Lead on financial aspects such as budgeting, planning, commercial trading and business case production, managing trades-offs between customer and commercial outcomes and strategies.
  • Challenges, shapes and aligns the trading and product strategy and roadmap across key channels including Digital, PCWs and Operations.
  • Identifies and offers solutions for customer problems and eradicates pain points across end to end experience aligning our proposition to brand values.
  • Builds deep understanding of regulatory landscape and identifies implications on business models, products and processes.
  • Actively seeks out and brings the ‘voice of the customer’ into all activities ensuring customer outcomes are considered and customer best interests’ rules are adhered to when decisions are made.
  • Be aware of and comply with the rules and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks, keeping abreast of any changes.
