What you\'ll be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Governance, you\'ll:
Lead and manage the delivery of important projects and product enhancements to meet our goals.
Drive daily product activities, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Align product plans (e.g. insurance proposition enhancements) with the wider DLM vision and strategy.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
Use data and evidence to shape decisions and validate assumptions, stopping low-value work.
Keep the customer (internal or external) at the heart of every decision and delivery.
Create realistic, risk-aware delivery forecasts using flow metrics like cycle time and throughput.
Monitor and report on important product metrics, using insights to improve delivery and performance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and constraints across your delivery portfolio.
Collaborate with partners across the business to improve delivery flow and eliminate waste.
Our hybrid model offers a \'best of both worlds\' approach. When you\'ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
What you\'ll need
An understanding of customer needs, with curiosity about the market, products, and services.
Experience with innovation and continuous improvement of products and services for internal or external customers.
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating organisational complexity.
Familiar with end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery and optimisation.
