Damage Fixer Handler – Starting salary of £24,570 (dependent on skills and experience) plus benefits.

Standard contracts: 37.5 hours/week, shifts from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Validate, investigate, negotiate, and settle first and third-party damage claims and related losses. Manage investigations proactively to determine the best settlement route. Own the process end-to-end, supporting customers and meeting team and individual targets.
Requirements:

- Committed to outstanding customer service, pride in high-quality work, and customer-first attitude.
- Strong digital IT skills, experienced with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

- Claims experience is preferred.
- Having a valid driver’s license and driving experience in the UK is beneficial but not essential.
