This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Property Claims team as a Commercial Property Claims Handler on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you\’ll be doing:

You will report to the Commercial Claims Team Leader, you will work in a dedicated team of Claims Handlers, where you will play an important part in ensuring our Commercial customers have their claims handled in a fair and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for the validation, investigation, negotiation, and fulfilment of Commercial Property Claims within a defined handling authority limit and having end-to-end ownership and accountability for each claim.

What we\’re looking for:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high attention to detail

  • Good IT skills and the willingness to learn

  • Insurance Claims experience is preferable

This is a hybrid role with two working days a week from our Manchester office.

Hours: 35 hours/week
