Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting inbound business changes in the financial solutions function.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems that align with business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure financial systems are scalable, secure, and integrated with other enterprise systems to support evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to understand inbound changes and translate them into finance system requirements.
- Lead the implementation and integration of finance systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to finance teams during system changes; continuously evaluate and improve finance system performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within the insurance Industry.
- Accountancy qualification.
- Experience in leading / implementing transformation programmes.
- Proven experience in finance systems architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
