Roadside Technician – Green Flag
Roadside Technician – Green Flag, base salary £37,000 + OTE up to £44,000.

When someone\'s car lets them down, you step in as the hero of the moment — getting them moving again and taking the stress out of an unexpected situation.
This is a permanent, field‑based role where you start and finish your day from home. You\'ll work 40 hours across four days a week, on shifts between 7am‑8pm, Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available — entirely your choice.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults roadside
- Carry out tyre repairs/changes
- Test, fit and replace batteries
- Assist customers who have run out of fuel
- Provide reassurance and clear explanations
- Get vehicles moving wherever possible
Requirements
- Solid mechanical background and passion for helping customers.
- Full UK Category B driving licence and age 21+ (insurance requirement).
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance preferred but not essential.
- Solid experience in the motor repair industry with strong diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to safe working practices and up‑to‑date repair techniques.
- Confident working independently with a calm, empathetic approach to customers.
- Experience working alone in the field desirable but not essential – we’ll support you.
