Due to ongoing growth we have several fantastic opportunities within DLG Legal Services, as a Motability / RTA Personal InjuryClaims Handlers. These roles will be based at our Leeds office, on a full time and permanent basis.
What you\โll be doing:
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be joining our dedicated Motability RTA team dealing with a mixed caseload of OIC, MOJ, complex, Fast Track claims along with Part 8 Litigated cases. You will have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate on post whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed. You will be sympathetic to the needs of your client\โs to ensure a high quality service is provided and accurate legal advice is given in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:

Fast Track RTA claims handling experience with Personal injury, within an insurance company or law firm environment.

A working knowledge of OIC and MOJ Pre Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules for Personal Injury Claims.

A working knowledge of Tariff and Non Tariff valuations, JC Guidelines for the assessment of general damages in personal injury cases

Strong communication skills and able to engage effectively with clients.

Working towards and achieving defined Business targets and measures.

Able to work well under pressure whilst retaining high attention to detail.
Location: Leeds, LS1
Home Working: Hybrid model (2 days from the office, 3 days from home)
Working hours: 35 hour per week (Monday โ Friday)
