What You’ll Be Doing
This is a permanent role based around Eastbourne, Brighton, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, and Redhill. You will work 40 hours, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, with the option for overtime. We provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues like fuel problems, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and helping them get back on the road confidently.
What You’ll Need
- To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
- A current Category B driving license
- NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
- Empathy and a desire for positive outcomes
- Experience in the Motor Repair industry
- Experience working alone (desirable)
- Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- Health & Safety best practices
- Team collaboration skills
- Self-initiative
