PMO Lead Analyst

We’re looking for a PMO Lead Analyst to support planning, reporting, and analysis activities to aid effective management and delivery of programmes and projects at DLG.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be assigned to a programme or project and your responsibilities could include leading or supporting:

• Ensuring expectations of DLG Change Journey and Change Standards are met
• Producing regular reports on financial forecasting, tracking, and management
• Handling third-party procurement and payments
• Maintaining quality programme/project plans
• Tracking and managing risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies
• Ensuring governance and quality assurance processes are in place
• Conducting programme/project health checks and post-implementation reviews
• Providing stakeholder updates, insights, and decision support materials
• Managing governance forums and key artefacts
• Maintaining accurate resource forecasts

You will also identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Although this role does not include line management responsibilities, you will mentor and support other PMO Analysts and lead the PMO service within projects and programmes.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience in a PMO role (Portfolio or Programme/Project)
• Experience with project management tools such as Polarisoft’s PPMAnywhere and MS Project
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship-building abilities
• Service-oriented, adaptable, with keen attention to detail
