What you’ll be doing
We’ll utilise your skills where they are most needed whilst also giving you an opportunity to build and grow the breadth of your expertise. There will be scope to soak up new experiences and most importantly you’ll positively influence and shape what we do – making an impact on our customers lives.
Your job responsibilities may include :
Analysis of large datasets utilising a combination of SQL, Python and Radar
Sharing any insights from this analysis both within and outside of the team
Supporting the deployment of our pricing to the market
Evaluating new data sets
You’ll report to a Band 5 Pricing Practitioner, and work alongside a team of three experienced colleagues. Between us we hold a breadth of experience across the industry, but we’re always open to new approaches.
Our hybrid model offers a \’best of both worlds\’ approach. When you\’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office
What you’ll need
General insurance pricing experience or previous experience in an analytical role
Excellent problem solving skills
Familiarity with SQL and Python
Radar experience is optional
Numerical skills and an attention to detail
A numerate degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related subjects
