Base salary up to £50,000 plus uncapped earning potential. Plus a 9% employer‑contributed pension.
DLG Auto Services is evolving and focuses on customer satisfaction, operating a network of repair centres serving more than 100,000 customers. You’ll deliver high‑quality repairs quickly and efficiently, while growing your technical and customer‑relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Strip, refurbish, and fit a wide variety of vehicles.
- Work within a team of painters, panel beaters, and other MET fitters, reporting to your workshop controller.
- Meet customer needs and maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to industry procedures (BS10125, Audatex estimates).
- Operate as a permanent onsite role.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a MET Technician (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim).
- Enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering the best repair service.
- Understanding of health and safety and ability to work within industry standards.
