What you’ll be doing:
- Manage team systems and tools (e.g. Confluence/JIRA): administer, refine, monitor usage, and report on effectiveness, recommending improvements to the Head of NPD.
- Maintain pipeline and reporting discipline: ensure accuracy of data and consistency of fields/stages; produce concise weekly dashboards and summaries for leadership.
- Coordinate RFP and tender submissions: gather required inputs from Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners; consolidate, format, and quality-check submissions; manage timelines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support go-to-market delivery: plan and coordinate partner-facing activities, including events, meetings, and exhibitions; manage logistics, invitations, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and post-event follow-up.
- Support onboarding readiness: verify that all partner handover documentation, approvals, and templates are complete and current; liaise with the Onboarding team to confirm transfer and track early-stage progress.
- Maintain shared resources: manage the partnership response library, standard templates, and collateral; conduct content reviews when required with Commercial, Legal, and Marketing; maintain version control.
- Run the operating rhythm: maintain the team calendar, schedule pipeline reviews and checkpoints, circulate actions, and track delivery milestones; operate a simple intake/triage process for new requests.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps: document, communicate, and embed process improvements, playbooks, and guides that enhance clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the NPD function.
Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you’ll be in the office depends on your role and team but we are working towards 50% time in the office for 2026.
What you’ll need:
- Proven commercial or strategy experience within insurance, financial services, mobility, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with an understanding of unit economics, pricing, and profitability drivers.
- Experience leading commercial inputs for RFPs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to turn strategic direction into executable commercial frameworks and pricing outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce executive-ready documentation.
- Highly organised; strong version control and documentation discipline.
- Collaborative experience across Finance, Pricing and Underwriting, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
