What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Team Leader, you’ll work as part of the Finance team, supporting various finance functions.
  • Handle routine requests for information, responding, redirecting, and prioritising as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal finance colleagues and external advisers to check accuracy, obtain information, and resolve queries.
  • Gather, validate, and compile information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • Present information clearly and appropriately for different audiences.
  • Support a variety of projects and initiatives as required.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in workload, processes, or technology.

What you’ll need

  • A good understanding of the end-to-end claims journey, particularly around subrogation.
  • Experience working in a Finance, Operations, or Customer Service environment, with a strong grasp of business processes.
  • The ability to follow set procedures and consistently meet deadlines and customer expectations.
