Reporting directly to the Claims Analytics Business Partner, you will:
- Support and deputise for the Claims Analytics Business Partner, ensuring senior stakeholders have the insights and intelligence needed to assess claims performance and guide key decisions.
- Work closely with the wider Claims Leadership Team to understand performance drivers and link them to operational and indemnity outcomes.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for key areas including Category, Actuarial, Finance, Claims Operations, Pricing, and Underwriting.
- Lead forums to review, challenge, and enhance claims performance with the Claims Exec and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Design and implement fit-for-purpose reporting with Claims Operational Management, focusing on relevant, accurate, and commercially aligned KPIs.
- Continuously improve the quality and value of management information delivered to the business.
- Educate stakeholders on MI capabilities, helping to shape and refine data requests.
- Take a creative, problem-solving approach to data mining and manipulation, using innovative methods to deliver impactful outcomes.
Our hybrid model offers a white-space-friendly approach. When you will be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
What you will need:
- Experience analysing large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Previous experience in a Financial Services analysis role, ideally within Claims or Insurance.
