This is a permanent role based in Epsom, Brixton, Streatham, Wandsworth, Putney, Brentford, Hounslow, Egham, Surbiton, Cobham, Tadworth, Leatherhead, and Chertsey. You will work 40 hours over four days a week, with shifts between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available and optional.

We provide a Green Flag vehicle, and your day starts from your home. Your role involves assisting customers by diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs or replacements, and battery issues, ensuring they can continue their journey with confidence. You will carry a full kit to help get vehicles back on the road efficiently.

Compensation

Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with an OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you’ll need

  • Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
  • Empathy and a commitment to achieving the right outcome
  • Experience in the motor repair industry
  • Experience working alone (desirable)
  • Knowledge of current vehicle repair techniques
  • Adherence to best practices and health & safety standards
  • Ability to collaborate with dispatch teams to improve customer experience
  • Self-initiative and proactive attitude
