What you’ll be doing Reporting directly to the Motor Retail Pricing Change Lead, you\'ll: Support the development of the pricing strategy for Personal Lines by implementing and maintaining changes in Radar/VPMS rating algorithms and tables. Deliver an innovative and effective Insurance Rating System change deployment service for Personal Lines. Recommend improvements to DLG’s rating efficiency and long-term pricing delivery capability. Own, build, maintain, and monitor production algorithms and documentation in Radar. Work closely with change teams, testing, product owners, and pricing analysts to align with the rating strategy. Engage in technical discussions to ensure business needs and timeframes are met while adhering to governance. Identify and manage risks, ensuring issues related to price, models, or data are escalated and resolved effectively. You’ll be able to think tactically, strategically, and creatively to solve problems and drive improvements. Knowledge of programming languages and software such as SQL, SAS, Radar, and Excel VBA. General software development experience. Experience with WTW Radar software, including building, developing, and testing.
