Following the merger, we have significant backing to grow the team and take the next step on our journey, collaborating across functions to shape customer‑centric products, journeys and services, while productionising fresh ideas at pace. We’re recruiting across four teams within Motor Retail Pricing:
- Risk Pricing
- Implementing new pricing features and data enrichments
- Investigating drivers of Actual vs Expected risk cost gaps
- Working with Trading to take changes to market
- Insights
- Developing high‑quality actionable insight reports
- Designing and carrying out Machine Learning and regular MI to guide pricing decisions
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities
- Trading
- Running price optimisation in Radar
- Proposing and testing rate changes
- Portfolio management
- Projects
- Coordination of team‑wide pricing processes and planning
- Facilitating cross‑team project delivery
- Optimising pricing architecture
What you’ll need:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex information simply
- Experience with SQL or Python
- Extensive experience with Radar or equivalent pricing software
- Experience of multivariate modelling (e.g. Emblem)
- Skills and/or experience relevant to the team you are interested in
