Your analysis will guide trading strategy, enhance customer outcomes, and support critical commercial choices that help us stay ahead in a fast‑moving market. You’ll collaborate closely with talented colleagues across the wider Commercial Trading team, contributing directly to our Business Plan and helping to deliver on our long‑term ambitions. What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics across the Sales and Renewal funnels.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify underlying trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Contextualise performance through active monitoring of the motor insurance market and competitor dynamics.
- Use data, commercial intuition, and structured thinking to make decisions in uncertain environments.
- Support the creation of the Business Plan for Motor PCW customers and track delivery against this plan.
- Be curious and creative: challenge assumptions, bring fresh perspectives, and identify opportunities for positive change.
- Work collaboratively with Pricing, Product, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to drive aligned commercial outcomes.
- Drive delivery of initiatives using a test‑and‑learn approach to maximise benefits and generate insight.
- Build an understanding of customer and commercial trade‑offs in a highly regulated industry.
- Develop a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and translate requirements into implications for business models, products, and processes.
