What you\’ll be doing

Play a pivotal role in supporting inbound business changes in the financial solutions function.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems that align with business transformation initiatives.

The architect will ensure that financial systems are scalable, secure, and integrated with other enterprise systems to support evolving business needs.

Collaborate with business units to understand inbound changes and translate them into finance system requirements.

Design and architect finance systems to support new business processes and regulatory requirements.

Lead the implementation and integration of finance systems with other enterprise platforms.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within finance systems.

Provide technical guidance and support to finance teams during system changes.

Continuously evaluate and improve finance system performance.
Our hybrid model offers a \’best of both worlds\’ approach. When you\’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
What you\’ll need

Experience within the insurance Industry.

An Accountancy qualification.

Experience in leading / implementing transformation programmes.

Proven experience in finance systems architecture and implementation.

Strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory requirements.

Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms.

Experience with system integration, data migration, and change management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
