What you\’ll be doing
As an Office Administrator, we want you to bring your previous experience to the team. You\’ll need to demonstrate your experience dealing with our customers as you will be the first point of customer contact for the DLG Auto Services, collaborating with our customers and the respective claims and internal functions to our own high standards, as well as working to meet our customer\’s needs. If you love to stay busy, this role is really for you.
- You will deliver high levels of customer contact and communications throughout the vehicle repairs.
- Provide Service Level Agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs.
- Identify, own, and handle the risks involved in running our business appropriate to role, following the Direct Line Group risk framework.
- You will be accountable for your individual performance and also contributing to site performance.

This is a permanent role reporting to the Office Manager.

All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business and you\’ll need to be enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering the best repair service.
We would like you to have had previous experience in a similar role with the following skills:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
As you can imagine, Health and Safety and working to industry standards are important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers\’ safety at each stage of the repair process, ensuring tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
