By joining our Auto Services team you’ll become a part of a network of repair centres with one simple mission: to deliver high-quality repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible for our more than 100,000 customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Our Car Valets are kept busy in this role to get our customers back on the road quickly.
- You will work within a team of car valets reporting to your workshop controller or Office Manager.
- You will have responsibility for checking daily lists and ensuring cars are cleaned and ready to be returned to customers.
- Checking all your cars for defects during the valet process paying attention to the repaired areas.
- You will be required to move cars, so a driving licence will be necessary in this role.
- You will perform a full light and fluid check on every vehicle before being released for delivery.
- Preparing equipment.
- Prioritise your decisions to ensure courtesy cars are clean and available for delivery.
- Maintain courtesy car fleet to a high standard.
- Perform checks on vehicles and complete the correct paperwork.
- Ensuring all your tasks are carried out within the Health and Safety guidelines and BS10125 regulations.
- You will also need the ability to follow set procedures and follow guidelines.

Car Valet – Full Time 40 hours a week. All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business and you'll need to be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service. As you can imagine, Health and Safety and working to industry standards is important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers' safety at each stage of the repair process, ensuring tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
