We are looking for someone to join our London office team as our front of house Receptionist. This is a small team centered in Lime Street.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting brokers and guests
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Organising the company calendar
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Liaising with Chelmsford PA
  • Attending to brokers/guests on arrival
  • Preparing the meeting rooms/boardrooms for meetings
  • Booking lunches and other appointments
  • Organising catering lunches
  • Ordering drinks and keeping the fridges and coffee machine stocked
  • Ordering stationary

Administration:

  • Checking and logging presentations on the system
  • Issuing quotations
  • Monitoring email inboxes
  • Liaising with brokers by phone/email
  • Maintaining and monitoring the diary system, including quotation chasing

Skills:

  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also take own initiative

Required Experience: Previous reception experience preferable.

Required Qualifications: Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE in English & Maths
