Duties:
Reception:
- Meeting and greeting brokers and guests
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Organising the company calendar
- Booking meeting rooms
- Liaising with Chelmsford PA
- Attending to brokers/guests on arrival
- Preparing the meeting rooms/boardrooms for meetings
- Booking lunches and other appointments
- Organising catering lunches
- Ordering drinks and keeping the fridges and coffee machine stocked
- Ordering stationary
Administration:
- Checking and logging presentations on the system
- Issuing quotations
- Monitoring email inboxes
- Liaising with brokers by phone/email
- Maintaining and monitoring the diary system, including quotation chasing
Skills:
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Excellent time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also take own initiative.
Required Experience: Previous reception experience preferable.
Required Qualifications: Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE in English & Maths
