Are you a results-driven communicator with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service? DCL is on the hunt for our next generation of insurance experts to join our team. As an Insurance Executive you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. You’ll start the day with a team huddle, reviewing your team progress against target and celebrating team wins. You will be responsible for making and receiving calls, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and carrying out field sales visits as required.
About DCL: We’re market leaders in Hire Reward insurance, selling and administering motor insurance policies for minicab and taxi drivers, chauffeurs and delivery drivers and driving instructors. We sit as part of a wider network of businesses that provide a market leading commercial motor insurance offering and over 26 years we’ve grown from a team of 4 to more than 150 people across 5 companies.

Key Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Promoting products and services effectively to achieve sales targets
- Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships
- Accurately updating records and sending out client documents
- Participating in daily team huddles to review performance and celebrate successes
- Previous experience in a sales environment is essential
