Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support & Resource Coordination
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations across multiple locations.
- Assist with resource planning and allocation to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with managers to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve productivity.
- Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Assist in ensuring the business remains compliant with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, including FCA regulations, GDPR, and Employment Law.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures and controls.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Assist with the development, review, updating, and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
