️ Job Title: Warehouse Operative 📍 Location: Tipton (Near Great Bridge & Wednesbury) – DY4 0HR 💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) 💷 Rate: £12.21 – £12.75 per hour 🎁 Benefits: * 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Supportive team environment * Long-term career stability * Immediate start available 🔧 About Us: At Direct Channel Support Systems Ltd, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading distributors of cable management products for the Mechanical and Electrical sector. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team. 📦 What You’ll Be Doing: * Accurately pick and pack customer orders * Manage goods in and stock levels * Label packages ready for dispatch * Handle customer collections in a professional manner * Use a PC for basic warehouse operations (training provided) * Operate a forklift (if licensed – training can be considered) * Get involved in light manufacturing tasks, such as processing works orders, cutting strut channel, and using chop saws or light machinery – full training provided 🧰 What We’re Looking For: * Some experience in warehousing or a similar role * A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills * Forklift license is a plus (but not essential) 🚀 Why Join Us?
